[00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:04.660] Speaker 1: When the next pandemic comes, and there will be a next pandemic, it'll be way more digital
[00:00:04.660 --> 00:00:09.240] Speaker 1: of an experience than the last one. And those of us who choose not to comply, whether it's
[00:00:09.240 --> 00:00:14.060] Speaker 1: a vaccine or a quarantine or something else, they will use this infrastructure to deny
[00:00:14.060 --> 00:00:19.180] Speaker 1: access to your basic human rights. We saw a preview of this with vaccine passports. In some
[00:00:19.180 --> 00:00:23.540] Speaker 1: countries, you can go into a restaurant or a gym or a concert without showing a digital
[00:00:23.540 --> 00:00:27.800] Speaker 1: health certificate. Infrastructure that made this possible is now permanent. What you get
[00:00:27.800 --> 00:00:32.440] Speaker 1: is a system where every transaction you make is attached to who you are and what you've
[00:00:32.440 --> 00:00:37.020] Speaker 1: done and whether you're in compliance. None of this will work at scale unless there's some
[00:00:37.020 --> 00:00:42.380] Speaker 1: physical infrastructure that can monitor everything you're doing in the real world. Right
[00:00:42.380 --> 00:00:48.020] Speaker 1: now there is an arms race to build out energy and AI infrastructure. Why? Maybe it's
[00:00:48.020 --> 00:00:52.660] Speaker 1: because the energy that's needed to manage and consolidate all the cameras all the
[00:00:52.660 --> 00:00:56.660] Speaker 1: biometrics and all the data is going to be massive that's why there's a huge push for
[00:00:56.660 --> 00:01:00.980] Speaker 1: technologies like spatial control it's this ability to track where people are and then
[00:01:00.980 --> 00:01:06.100] Speaker 1: express that location in real time mathematically why would they want to do any of this
[00:01:06.100 --> 00:01:12.680] Speaker 1: it's because that will allow for the ability to program your money specifically such that
[00:01:12.680 --> 00:01:15.000] Speaker 1: it might not work more than a mile from your house.
