Investment thesis and personal circumstances

Speaker 1: 00:00 I'm trying to express a simple thesis: technology and crypto outperform the debasement of currency, and we're in secular uptrends due to adoption. That's my thesis. Also, because their rates of return are so high versus other assets, it's not worth me allocating capital elsewhere. Other people may not do that.

Why can I do that? Because I have an income, and I have savings, and I have my quality of life. You can't take my houses away or whatever it is. So I have a position of strength of which to have volatility to drive excess returns over time. And I have an income. I don't rely on that pool of capital because it's volatile. So that's a perfect setup. Everyone has a different setup.

And so you have to think what's suitable for you in that setup. For me, I concentrate because I have an investment thesis.
